Shortcuts allow you to work with your canvases more efficiently. See below to learn about all the shortcuts you can use in an ALLO canvas.

Hide/show the navigator menu:"Ctrl" + "Shift" + "U"

Start the presentation mode: "Ctrl" + "Alt" + "P"

Open/close your page navigator: "TAB"

Create a new page: "Ctrl" + "E"

Zoom in: "Ctrl" + "+" or "Ctrl" + "mouse wheel"

(Press "Ctrl" and "+" or "Ctrl" and scroll the mouse wheel to zoom in on your canvas.)

Zoom out: "Ctrl" + "-" or "Ctrl" + "mouse wheel"

(Press "Ctrl" and "-" or "Ctrl" and scroll the mouse wheel to zoom out of your canvas.)

Fit screen to browser: "Ctrl" + "0"

Bullet point list: "-" + "spacebar" or "Ctrl" + "Shift" + "7"

(Enter "-" and the spacebar or "Ctrl", "Shift", and "7" to create a bullet point list.)

Number list: "1" + "." + "spacebar" or "Ctrl" + "Shift" + "8"

(Enter "1", ".", and the spacebar or "Ctrl", "Shift", and "8" to create a number list.)

Unchecked checklist: "[" + "]" + "spacebar" or "Ctrl" + "Shift" + "9"

(Enter "[", "]", and the spacebar or "Ctrl", "Shift", and "9" to create an unchecked checklist.)

Checked checklist: "[" + "x" + "]" + "spacebar"

(Enter "[", "x", "]", and the spacebar to create a checked checklist.)

Bold texts: "Ctrl" + "B"

Italic texts: "Ctrl" + "I"

Underline texts: "Ctrl" + "U"

Strike texts: "Ctrl" + "Shift" + "S"

Headings: "Ctrl" + "Alt" + "0~6"

(Enter "Ctrl", "Alt", and a number from "0" to "6" to create a heading.)

Horizontal break line under texts: "Alt" + "Enter"

Code-only font: "Ctrl" + "Shift" + "K"

Increase font size: "Ctrl" + "+" or "Ctrl" + "Shift" + "+"

(Increase the font size by 2 units by pressing "Ctrl" and "+" or by 6 units by pressing "Ctrl" + "Shift" + "+")

Decrease font size: "Ctrl" + "-" or "Ctrl" + "Shift" + "-"

(Decrease the font size by 2 units by pressing "Ctrl" and "-" or by 6 units by pressing "Ctrl" + "Shift" + "-")

Reset the toolbar selection to Selector: "Esc"

Draw a straight line using Drawing: "Shift" + "Drag"

(Draw a straight line by holding "Shift" and dragging your mouse.)

Insert a comment: "Ctrl" + "Enter" or "Ctrl/Alt" + "Shift" + "Click"

(Insert a comment on the selected element by pressing "Ctrl" + "Enter" or hold "Ctrl/Alt" and "Shift" and click on the element you want to insert a comment on.)

Line breaks in a comment: "Shift" + "Enter"

Bring the selected element to the front: "Ctrl" + "⬆︎"

Bring the selected element to the back: "Ctrl" + "⬇︎"

Copy: "Ctrl" + "C"

Paste: "Ctrl" + "P"

Duplicate: "Ctrl" + "D"

Delete: "Delete" or "Backspace"

Download a file or an image: "Shift" + "D"

Undo: "Ctrl" + "Z"

Redo: "Ctrl" + "Y" or "Ctrl" + "Shift" + "Z"

Hand mode: "Space"

Open the search window: "Ctrl" + "Shift" + "F"
