Within each workspace, project, and canvas, you have the flexibility to invite and manage distinct members and collaborators. In this article, we will walk through how to:

Manage workspace members
If you are a workspace admin (by default, the workspace admin is the person who created the workspace), you can manage the members of the workspace. To do so, follow the below steps:
Click the workspace name located at the top-left corner.
Click the gear icon.
Enter the tab "Members".
Next to the member you want to manage, click the three-dot.
Make them an admin, remove them as an admin, or remove them completely from the workspace.
Manage project members
If you are the project owner (by default, the project owner is the person who created the project), you can manage the members of the project. To do so, follow the below steps:
Click on the three-dot of the project
Select "Manage members"
Give the owner authority to another project member, or remove a member from the project.
Note 1: Each project only has one owner. Once you've given the owner authority to another project member, you will no longer be the project owner and will no longer be able to manage members of this project.
Note 2: As a project owner, you have the authority to remove members from the project. However, it's important to note that workspace members can independently join any public projects created within the workspace, even if they were previously removed. They retain full access to all public projects in the workspace except for the private ones.
Manage canvas collaborators
There are three levels of permission for canvases, can edit, can comment, and can read. As long as you have the access to edit the canvas, you can manage the invitees of that canvas. To do so, follow the below steps:
Inside the canvas, click the "Share" button at the top right corner.
Click the button "Manage permissions".
Change the permission of external collaborators or remove them as collaborators completely by selecting from the dropdown menu next to their names.
Note: You can only change a collaborator's permission when they are not a member of the project that the canvas is in. Project members automatically have full access to all the canvases within that project.
