How to change to another paying plan
Allo offers a range of plans, each tailored to meet specific needs and requirements. To learn about the details of each plan, please visit our pricing page. If you wish to switch to a different paid plan, follow the below steps:
- Click on the workspace name at the top-left corner.
- Click on the gear icon.
- Go to the "Billing" tab.
- Click on "Change plan details".
- Select the plan you want to change to.
- Review and update your payment information if necessary.
- Click "Confirm" to finalize the changes.
How to change your billing cycle
Allo offers two billing cycle options for subscriptions: yearly and monthly. To change your billing cycle, you can follow the same steps as changing to another paid plan. Here's how you can select the plan with the desired billing cycle:
- On the plan selection page, navigate to either the "Yearly (Save 40%)" or "Monthly" tab.
- Select the plan you want to subscribe to.
How to unsubscribe from a paying plan
To completely unsubscribe from Allo's paid plan, follow the below steps. Keep in mind that Allo does not offer a free plan after the trial ends. So once you unsubscribe and the current billing cycle ends, you will no longer be able to access the workspace unless you decide to resubscribe to Allo.
- Click on the workspace name at the top-left corner.
- Click on the gear icon.
- Go to the "Billing" tab.
- Click on "Cancel subscription".
- Select a reason for leaving and (optional) tell us more in detail about the reason behind it.
- Make the final confirmation by clicking the button "Cancel subscription".
💡 Notes:
- Only workspace admins have the authority to make changes or unsubscribe from plans.
- Any changes made will take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.
