OKRs and initiatives can be set to help you break down your high-level goals or missions into manageable, actionable components. In this article, we will walk through how to:
- Rename an OKR or initiative
- Change the order of the OKRs and initiatives
- Duplicate an OKR or initiative
- Delete an OKR or initiative
Rename an objective or key result
- Click the objective or key result you want to rename.
- Click the three dots next to the name of the objective or key result.
- Select "Edit".
- Give the objective or key result a new name.
- Click "Save changes".
Rename an initiative
- Click the initiative you want to rename.
- Click the name of the initiative located towards the top
- Give the initiative a new name.
- Click "Save".
Change the order of the OKRs or initiatives
To change the order of the OKRs or initiatives, simply drag and drop them to your liking.
Duplicate OKRs and Initiatives
Duplicating the OKRs or initiatives is an efficient way to create repeatable workflow or goals. To do so, simply follow the below steps:
- Right-click the objective, key result, or initiative you'd like to duplicate.
- Select "Duplicate"
- Everything including the OKR details will be duplicated.
Delete OKRs and Initiatives
To delete an OKR or initiative, follow the below steps.
Delete an objective or key result
- Click the objective or key result you want to delete.
- Click the three dots next to the objective or key result name.
- Select "Delete".
- Confirm the action by clicking "Delete objective" or "Delete key result".
Notes:
- Once the objective is deleted, all the key results under this objective will also be deleted.
- Once the key result is deleted, all the initiatives under this key result will also be deleted.
Delete an initiative
- Right-click the initiative you want to delete.
- Click "Delete".
- Confirm the action by clicking "Delete initiative".
