Create a channel

Multiple channels can be created for different teams, topics, projects, etc. To create a new channel, follow the below steps:

1. On the left sidebar under the Post tab, click the plus icon next to "Channels".
2. Enter a name (and some descriptions) for the channel.
3. Click "Create channel".

Add or edit a channel description 

To add or edit a channel description, follow the below steps:

1. Enter the channel you want to add or edit the description of.
2. Click three-dot towards the top-right corner next to the channel's name.
3. Enter the description.
4. Click "Edit channel".
